Report on Entries Across All AwardsIt is a report which enables admin users to select one or more organisations and export data for all of the entries they have submitted across all awards.– Reports on Entries Across All Awards
Matching Entry Titles ReportThis (optional) feature runs an algorithm which determines if the entry title provided for one entry is a likely match for any of the other entry titles already submitted. Entry List Download actioned by EntrantsThis option enables an Entrant who has made multiple entries to download a CSV file of ALL their entries from their Dashboard.

Custom ReportsWith this report Admins can create a completely bespoke Report using a range of special values and Entry Data from multiple projects. Report on Invoices that include a Discount CodeNucleus has an optional functionality that enables Admin users to easily create Discount Codes for Entrants to apply at the checkout during payment. ]]> How to Generate a Report on Viewers’ Scores https://nucleus-help.bmt.bafta.org/help-articles/how-to-generate-a-report-on-viewer-scores/ Tue, 27 Jul 2021 20:25:35 +0000 http://54.226.12.186/?post_type=lsvr_kba&p=210 At any time, during or after your Viewing stage, you can export and download a CSV file Report of your Viewers’ scores and comments.

How to Download a Report on Viewers Scores

  1. Log into the Admin Interface
  2. Go to the Reports section
  3. Select Viewer Score Download. The Viewer Score Report page opens
  4. From the Award dropdown, select which of your Awards to report on
  5. Choose the Categories that you wish to export. Leave blank to export all categories
  6. From the Score statuses, select any combination of In progress, Awaiting Submission and Submitted – based on which Scores and Comments you wish to see
  7. Click Download. A CSV file will be prepared for you featuring the required data. The total scores for each entry will also be automatically tallied
