<p>Admin users can control what specific information is shown to Entrants when they login to the Entrant Dashboard. This is useful during different stages of an award season. For example, there are times when it may not be appropriate for Entrants to know if their entry has progressed to later stages of an award. The Entry Status Column option can be easily switched on or off depending on the circumstances.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="How-to-turn-off-the-Entry-Status-Column-for-an-award">How to turn off the Entry Status Column for an award</h3>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Go to <strong>Awards and Projects</strong></li>



<li>Select the Award you want to amend, and click on <strong>Settings</strong></li>



<li>Scroll down and expand the <strong>Options </strong>section</li>



<li>Turn the answer <strong>&#8220;Show approval status on entrant dashboard&#8221;</strong> to <strong>Yes</strong> or <strong>No</strong>, as needed

<li>When this option is set to Yes, the status will appear on the Entrant Dashboard. To see it, go to <strong>“My submitted entries”</strong> and it will automatically show up under the<strong> “Approval Status”</strong> column</li>

<li>Click on <strong>Save</strong></li>
