When viewing an Entry as an Admin in Nucleus, particularly for long forms with many questions, it can be helpful to keep key information readily visible (such as specific Entrant information, or answers provided in the form by the Entrant), without needing to repeatedly search through the page.

The system allows Admins to surface and pin the answers to selected questions, keeping them visible for easy reference at all times. This can be done by following the steps below:

Log into your Admin Interface.

Click on Entries for the desired Award.

Open any Entry where the Entrant has provided an answer to the desired question (i.e. a Submitted Entry).

At the top-right of the card where Entrant Details are displayed, located on the right-hand side of the screen, click on the gear icon.

A pop-up window called Customise Summary will appear, and from there you will be able to select the desired values or questions you wish the keep displayed on the Entrant Details card.

Once the desired values or questions are chosen, click on Save, the window will close and the information will be displayed on the card.

It is worth noting that the questions available for selection are labelled by their internal names, which may differ from how they appear to users in the form. Some of the values are displayed by default, such the Entrant, Organisation Name, Entrant Email, and Entrant Phone. If the information was not provided by the user, it will simply not be shown in the card, even if selected from the list. It is possible to reset the list by clicking on the gear icon and clicking on Reset to default.
