Changing the order of your Questions
You can change the order that your Questions appear on your Entry Form live, and at any time. This does not affect the way the answers are treated, even for those Entries that have already been Submitted. This is because a Question, and the Answers provided to it, is defined not by its position or number on the form but by its Name.
In order to change the position of any Question:
- Go to Actions > Question List
- Your Question List opens. Find the Question you want to move and in the Actions menu alongside it, click Edit.
- The settings page for that Question opens. In the Position field, select which question you want it to appear immediately after on the form.
- Click Save and Close.
The Question will now be moved on your Entry Form and also on your Question List.
