Set Word or Character limits for TextArea questions

Text Area questions, which are used for answers that require entrants to submit longer answers typically of a paragraph or more, are subject to maximum content counts (exact count determined by you, the Admin). 

These can be set by either Word OR Character limits – you can choose either.
This is set on a question-by-question basis – so you have the flexibility to use a mixture of character and word counts across your text area questions.

To choose this option when you are setting a Text Area question:
-Go to the Question Parameters section
-From the ‘Max in‘ dropdown, select Chars or Words as you require
-Don’t forget to select your Mandatory Min Length and Max Length accordingly
